Privacy notice (English summary)

What we process on this website
- Cookieless analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and our own first-party event tracking (hosted on Supabase, EU infrastructure) to understand how the site is used. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no Google Analytics or Meta pixels.
- Email notification list: if you submit your email address in the "notify me" form on our English pages, we store it for exactly one purpose: to inform you when English onboarding is available and when OTTO opens for your country. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
- Error tracking: technical errors are logged via Sentry to keep the service working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- App and billing: if you sign up for profitkonsole, account data is processed via Supabase (authentication, EU hosting) and payments via Stripe. Details, including the data processing agreement (AVV) under Art. 28 GDPR, are covered in the German privacy policy and the AVV.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email marco@profitkonsole.de.
