How do I become an agency partner?

Fill in the short request form (company, contact person, details). We usually get back to you within 24 hours with the terms and activate your agency account.

How does the agency license work?

You get an agency account with a set number of included clients (seats). For each seller you create one tenant in the console. Every one gets its own, fully isolated dashboard. Need more clients? You can expand any time. One central login for all clients.

What does it cost?

There are fixed agency plans with included clients and the option to add more. You get the details in a short intro call, just reach out.

Can I invite team members?

Yes. Your team gets their own logins and manage all clients together, no password sharing. Depending on the plan you can invite several agency staff.

Does the seller connect OTTO themselves?

Yes, that keeps it practical. You invite the seller into their tenant by email, they log in and connect their OTTO access themselves. Alternatively you can do the connection yourself.

Is each client's data separated?

Completely. Every client runs in its own, isolated database schema, no client sees another's data. GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU.

Is Cortex included?

Yes. The Cortex AI sidekick is available per client (currently alpha). You ask questions about your numbers in plain language. Cortex runs on Mistral in France, your data never leaves the EU.
